Dr. Joel Neihardt, PT
Clinic Manager

Joel Neihardt received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University. He is experienced in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatric and post-operative care. Joel’s continuing education experiences include courses in total knee, hip and shoulder rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation and pain management. He is also certified in both the Graston Technique and Functional Dry Needling. A collegiate soccer athlete, he remains a passionate soccer fan, particularly of the European leagues and World competitions.

Dr. Ryan Schneider, PT
Physical Therapist

Ryan Schneider was born and raised in Ceresco, Nebraska. He attended Nebraska Wesleyan University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science while also playing wide receiver on the football team. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Briar Cliff University. Ryan has experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, workers’ compensation, geriatrics and post-operative care. He has a passion for serving others and helping patients reach their physical therapy and movement-related goals.

Dr. Andy Miner, PT
Physical Therapist

A graduate of University of Nebraska Medical Center, Andy Miner, has experience in acute and outpatient orthopedic care, neurological rehabilitation, sports injuries (with a special interest in golf) and post-operative care. Andy is certified in Functional Dry Needling and has completed impact training for concussion rehab. He completed a sports medicine internship with the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club assisting professional athletes through their rehabilitation.

A member of the Orthopedic Section and Sports Section of the American Physical Therapy Association, he has taken continuing education courses to treat golf-related injuries, as well as assisting post-operative and senior patients return to golf.

Blake Ostrander, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant

Born and raised in Hastings, Nebraska, Blake Ostrander, PTA, received his Associate of Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Southeast Community College-Lincoln. Blake is certified in the Graston Technique and eager to expand his knowledge of the latest practices in physical therapy. Blake is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family as much as he can.

Grady Kershner
Administrative Assistant

A native of Hastings, Nebraska, Grady Kershner, recently graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy. Grady has worked for multiple outpatient rehab clinics and has over 150 hours of observation and internships. He previously worked as a Rehab Technician at our clinic and was promoted to Administrative Assistant.
