Joel Neihardt – Physical Therapist

Joel received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Creighton University, going on to gain experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatric and post-operative care. Joel’s continuing education experiences include courses in total knee, hip and shoulder rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation and pain management. He is also certified in both the Graston Technique and Functional Dry Needling. A collegiate soccer athlete, he remains a passionate soccer fan, particularly of the European leagues and World competitions.

Blake Ostrander – Physical Therapist Assistant

Born and raised in Hastings, Nebraska, Blake received his Associates of Science in Physical Therapist Assisting from Southeast Community College-Lincoln. Blake is certified in the Graston Technique and eager to expand his knowledge of the latest practices in physical therapy. Blake is married with two kids and enjoys spending as much time with them as he can.

Tiffany Dufek – Administrative Assistant

Tiff is our go-to for all things insurance, accounts, scheduling and front office. She enjoys getting to know our patients and celebrating when they meet their therapy goals. Tiff and her three children reside in Ceresco, Nebraska.

Andy Miner – Physical Therapist

A PT graduate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Andy has experience in acute and outpatient orthopedic care, neurological rehabilitation, sports injuries (with a special interest in golf) and post-operative care. Andy is also certified in Functional Dry Needling and has completed impact training for concussion rehab.

Mandy Ledall – Physical Therapist

Mandy was born and raised in Kearney, Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln where she received her degree in Nutrition, Exercise and Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology. She then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Mandy has been specialty trained in Women’s Health Physical Therapy through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
